Client Portal

  • A hub to schedule and cancel appointments, upload and access files, message me, see your requested superbills, update information, update appt. reminders, see upcoming appointments, and see my availability.

  • Click here to sign into the client portal, click on the button below, or click on a link in any email from the portal. The portal does not use passwords, but requires you to use the email associated with your profile.

    I recommend the app! It’s really easy, convenient, and remembers your login.

    If signing in via a Web browser, and you have Gmail, opt to “sign in with Gmail.”

  • You can select for the appt. to be a :

    • Counseling session (your child’s session)

    • Parent session (To make the most of our time, message me the topics you’d like to cover)

    • Extended session (Figure you should book whichever session for more than 45/50 minutes? Then choose this option, and message me to let me know what type of session it is. I’ll block out the time and adjust the length/fee accordingly

  • You can now message me in the portal if you’d like! It’s safer, secure, HIPPA-compliant, a way to add a “note” to any scheduling requests/cancellations, remind me of something, update me, and more! Please remember my responses outside of appts. will still likely be brief, but I will gladly read and acknowledge your message.

Client FAQ’s

  • You should know:

    • Insurance requires Superbills to have a diagnosis on them.

    • If you’d like to request a superbill, message me in the portal and include the timeframe of appts. you’d like on there. Your message can be as simple as “SB request: Jan 2024.”

    • Whenever! It’s always great for us to check in. Typically, if a question, concern, or update would take more than 5 minutes to write or respond to, it may be best to book a check-in.

    • The frequency of parent check-ins often depends on many factors. These sessions can be as frequent as every 4 weeks to every few months.

    • At times, I try to leave this ball in your court, as it’s an expense, and I know you’re very busy. However, I truly value your involvement in this process, so please book the session if you can!

    • In the portal! You can select a parent session or an extended session.

    • So we can make the most of our time, please message me the points you’d like to touch on. I thoughtfully prepare for each parent session.

    • An “extended session" is an option for parents who may want more than 50 minutes to cover everything without feeling rushed. If feasible, this may be the best option as it blocks out more than an hour that can be used if needed, and it lets me know you’re comfortable with the charges of a longer session. After the session, the time is adjusted according to what was used.
